In a nutshell, these are the areas we’re looking for help in: 

• Social media copywriting and planning  
• Graphic design – social posts, templates, pdf versions of our blog posts, etc
•  Document drafting and proofreading 
• Client communication where necessary 
• Managing team calendars and administrative tasks  
• Assisting the team as needed 

We need someone who fits our vibe, is an all-rounder, and team player. Someone  who is:  

• Studying towards or recently graduated from a degree in business or in a creative field  • Available full day (8H00 – 4H00)  
• Agile and be willing to learn. You will be involved in all aspects of a marketing agency • A Social media wizz with knowledge or experience in social media for business pages • Able to work remotely (however, your team lead is based in Hillcrest and would love to  team up some days) 
• In possession of their own laptop and internet connection. (Non-negotiable) • Able to make meetings and training in Hillcrest, KZN – own transport necessary • Fluent in English  
• Detail orientated and plays close attention  
• Able to take instruction and work effectively on their own and meet prescribed deadlines  

Bonus: 

• Candidates with design knowledge or experience and access to Adobe Suite will be preferred  • WordPress knowledge or experience would be advantageous 
• Mailchimp experience would be advantageous
